Common questions
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings, go to Data, and hit Delete Account. Type DELETE to confirm and it runs right away: your account, your library, your sync history, all of it. Deletion is permanent, so export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.
Using the app without an account? There is nothing on our end to delete. Clear your browser data and it's gone. Share cards you made while signed out, or before August 21, 2026, were never tied to an account, so deletion cannot find them. Send us the link and we'll pull it. Email inventoryfull.gg@gmail.com.
How does sync work between web and iOS?
Both apps read and write the same library through your account. Sign in with the same email (or the same Google/Discord account) on both, and changes made on one show up on the other. You don't need an account at all to use either app locally — sync is opt-in.
I found a bug. What should I include?
Whether you were on web or iOS, roughly what you were doing, and what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots help. We'll follow up if we need more.
